As you browse you will notice all our kit home plans can be altered to suit your individual requirements. Or alternatively, for a fee, we are only too happy to quote your plan of your choice (providing it does not breach copyright).

Our Kit Homes are perfect for anyone who is looking to take on a project themselves or have a builder complete the build for them. Alternatively you manage the construction works onsite yourself. Note that our homes are suitable for either a concrete slab or elevated floor construction.

We fabricate the steel frames in our Sumner Park factory, contact us if you prefer just to purchase the steel frames only for these homes or your own custom home or shed.
