Our Kit Homes are perfect for anyone who is looking to take on a project themselves, have a builder complete the build for them or you simply want to manage the construction works onsite yourself without lifting a finger. Included in the “prepaint” kit home price are the plans and specifications ready for lodgement to your local council to obtain council building approval. It is noted that our homes are suitable for either a concrete slab or timber floor construction.
