Valley Kit Homes has been established since 1995 and during that time, have supplied quality kit homes to satisfied OWNER BUILDERS.
Because we deal with some customers who decide to Owner Build or manage the project themselves, Valley Kit Homes has the product & the expertise to guide our customers through all aspects of the build cycle. We ensure that all materials used compliment what each individual customer requires for their home.
STEEL FRAME KIT HOMES
All internal frames are delivered pre-assembled ready to stand and are clearly marked as to their position in the building to enable simple and efficient construction.
If you choose to take on the project yourself by either physically undertaking the construction works yourself OR just manage the project while tradesman complete the construction onsite for you (you will need an Owner Builder permit for both of these options), all of our kits are supplied with a step-by-step Owner Builder’s Manual to enable you to erect your home with minimal fuss and will guide you through if you have limited experience. However, should you encounter any problems, the staff at Valley Kit Homes are on hand to offer any information or advice you may require.
EXPERT SUPPORT & ADVICE
Our kit homes are suitable for either slabs or high and low set floor systems and can be manufactured to suit our plans or yours. We encourage our customers to either change our standard plans to suit their needs or send us your own custom plans and for a fee we are happy to provide a quotation.
